Privacy Policy – Wrist Rally 3D

This policy covers the standalone Wear OS game Wrist Rally 3D (com.watchgames.wristrally). “We” means the developer responsible for this app, identified in its Google Play listing. This policy does not cover the separate Watch Games Hub, whose policy is at https://watch-games.2ndstarright.com/privacy/.

1. Information handled by the game

Wrist Rally 3D runs locally on your watch. It does not collect or transmit personal information to us or to analytics, advertising, or other third-party services. It has no player account, online multiplayer, cloud save, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or in-app purchase system. It does not request Internet access.

Touch input, car position, race time, lap progress, damage, race results, selected stage, and control settings are used locally to run the game. Gameplay progress and results are held in memory, not uploaded or saved as a persistent player profile or leaderboard. Closing the game process ends that in-memory state.

The game does not access contacts, camera, microphone, photos, device location, health or fitness data, or motion-sensor readings. Steering uses touch input, not health or motion sensors.

2. Local storage and deletion

Android and the game engine may maintain local application files, caches, and diagnostic logs needed to run the app. These are not an analytics reporting service and the game does not upload them. You can remove the app's local storage through Android's app settings or by uninstalling it. Android controls system diagnostic log retention.

The game disables Android app backup and does not request that its app data be retained after uninstalling. We hold no server-side player accounts or gameplay records to delete. Removing Wrist Rally 3D does not remove data held by the separate Watch Games Hub or Google Play.

3. Other apps, Google Play, and support

You can launch Wrist Rally 3D directly or open it from Watch Games Hub. The Hub's launch link does not pass a player account, alias, scores, or a tracking identifier into this game. The Hub may record its own launch interaction under its separate privacy policy.

Google Play and your device's operating system can process information independently, for example for app installation, store transactions, and platform diagnostics. Those activities are governed by their own settings and policies, including Google's Privacy Policy. They are separate from the game's local gameplay processing.

If you contact us for support or a privacy request, your email provider and ours process the correspondence. We use the contact details and information you voluntarily provide to respond and handle your request, retaining it as needed for that purpose and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell that information.

4. Security, rights, and children's privacy

App-specific local files are protected by Android's application storage controls. No device or storage system is completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact us about information you have provided through support. There is no in-game account deletion procedure because the game does not create accounts.

The game does not ask for a player's age or collect personal information from children through gameplay. Parents or guardians with privacy concerns can use the contact route below.
